Rain returns -- grass abounds -- happy Jaffa

Luckily Nick really enjoys using the whipper snipper (weed eater) and was on a tear (around the loo).

 

Jaffa is really happy these days — and still stays within a few steps of Nick.

Chook fest

While Brett was in America for a few weeks — Nick looked after the chooks. Sadly, he hadn’t realised they needed their feeders and waterers filled each day. Oddly, to make up for it — Nick hand feed (and who knows what he did for water ;<). While egg production waned for several weeks — they’re back in action and producing well again.

February brings regular showers

and often afternoon rainbows. This was to the Northwest one lovely arvo (afternoon).
